Return and Refund Policy

At Deby Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Due to the high cost and complexity of international logistics, we do not accept returns based on regret or personal dissatisfaction. However, we offer support and solutions in specific cases as described below.

1) No Returns Accepted
In accordance with international safety and hygiene regulations for cosmetics, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

2) We offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received is different from the one ordered;
  • Product arrived damaged during transportation;
  • Product has an evident manufacturing defect.

In these cases, the customer must:

  • Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the product;
  • Provide photos or videos that clearly show the issue;
  • Ensure the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Once the case is analyzed and approved, you may choose between:
  • Receiving a new product at no additional cost, or
  • Receiving a full refund.

3) Before Completing Your Purchase
We kindly ask that you carefully read the product description, ingredients, and usage instructions. If you have any questions, our team is available to assist you — please contact us before completing your purchase.

4) Refund Processing Time
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days after the return is confirmed (when applicable).
