Preamble
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ or https://debyhair.com, private limited company with capital of €2,500 whose registered office is at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 388b, 11612 registered in the Estonian Business Registry under number 16595122. hereinafter referred to as "the seller" whose corporate purpose in Estonia and abroad:
• Purchase, manufacture, sales of care, beauty and accessory products and, more generally, all operations of any kind whatsoever, legal, economic or financial, civil or commercial that may be directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned object and to all similar or related objects that may promote the aim pursued by the company, its extension or development, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ website , hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Article 1: Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the company Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site of Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

Professionals outside Netherlands but in the geographical area mentioned below will be exempt from intra-community VAT.
Article 4. Geographical area
The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers residing in member countries of the European Union, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Saint Martin, Switzerland and Vatican, and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Article 5. Orders
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:
- complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the details requested or give his customer number if he has one;
- complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
- validate his order after having made it;
- make the payment under the conditions provided;
- confirm their order and payment.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
The seller will communicate by e-mail: the confirmation of the registered order, the shipment of the products, and will send by e-mail the invoice relating to the order.
Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 - and following of the consumer code, non-professional natural person buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after the delivery of their order to return of the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Free shipping charges will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original condition, i.e. unopened.
It is recalled that professionals do not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ reserves a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to reimburse.
Purchases of products and accessories at the showroom are deemed firm and final. It is for this reason that we do not refund or exchange products and accessories purchased on site except in cases provided for by law.
Article 7. Methods of payment
The price is payable when ordering.
Payments will be made by bank transfer or by ONEY x PAYPLUG, in this case they will be made through the secure ONEY x PAYPLUG system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network.
The buyer's account will be debited when the order is paid for by credit card.
The invoice showing, where applicable, the VAT, will be automatically sent to the buyer by email.
Article 8. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Upon receipt of the package, if the customer notices any deterioration of the packaging and the products covered by the order, he is entitled to refuse the package to the delivery person. If, however, the buyer accepts the damaged package, he will not be able to avail himself of any complaint later.
Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
The professional delivers the goods or provides the service on the date or within the period indicated to the consumer, in accordance with 3° of article L. 111-1 , unless the parties agree otherwise ( art. L126-1 of the Code of the consumption).
Depending on the carrier chosen for the delivery, the buyer is deemed to have read the general conditions of service specific to this carrier.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be shipped to you and delivered against signature.
Article 9. Guarantee
All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All claims for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: 34 route de Villemomble, F-93140 – Bondy - France within fourteen days (14) delivery.
The buyer has fourteen days (14) to return the order.
Article 10. Liability
The seller in the online sales process is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
Article 11. Intellectual property
All elements of the Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.

Buyers may object to the disclosure of their details by notifying Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ. Likewise, users have the
right to access and rectify and delete data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, and European regulation number 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, entered into force. effective May 25, 2018 .
The automated processing of information, including the management of the email addresses of users of the site has been declared to the CNIL on April 20, 2018 registered under number 2175281.
Article 13. Archiving – proof
Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1360 and following of the Civil Code.
The computerized registers of Deby Hair Lisa Cosmetics OÜ will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Article 14. Settlement of disputes
These online sales conditions are subject to Estonian law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Bobigny - France, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
